Your Custom Kitchen Design Includes:

Two to four Online Zoom Design Consultation meetings (depends on size of project);  1 hour each.
Client provides photographs, video if possible, Pinterest Board or idea photos from their wish list, and all measurements and dimensions for their room to Designer. (See our Preparation Guide for details.)
Client will complete a detailed Questionnaire prior to the initial Online Design Consultation. 
For the finished design, Client will receive a complete Custom Design Package that includes:
A complete Drawing Package including the floor plan, elevations of all included walls, tile design drawings as appropriate, electrical and mechanical plan, and Project Notes for your contractor. Three copies of the Drawing Package will be included for you and your contractors. 
A detailed Shopping List of specific product choices for the design that includes the manufacturer’s name, product number, color and size with ordering information for the Client. 
Product choices include: appliances, cabinetry style and hardware, countertop selection, backsplash selection, flooring, lighting, barstools and eating area furniture as appropriate, and window treatment(s). One selection for each of these items will be provided. 
A detailed budget plan for the room that lists the costs of each item (installation costs not included).
Cabinetry, hardware, tile, countertop, flooring, fabric and color samples for each recommended piece in the room will be provided as appropriate and available from manufacturers.
A complete Paint Schedule with color swatches, paint manufacturer and color numbers along with the recommended finish.

-- Note: No products will be purchased by Designer for your project. All product recommendations will be provided to the Client so that Client can order all necessary items to complete their room design. 

-- No contractors will be recommended for the project. Clients must use caution when selecting contractors for home updates, repairs and remodeling. Marlene Oliphant Designs is not liable for the acts of third-party contractors. 

-- Each room design is carefully and professionally tailored to the Client’s needs and requests. Therefore, there will be no revisions to the Design once the Client has received their Custom Design Package.
